If your personal information (name, passport number, title, category, etc.) is changed, you need to apply for change of your work permit within 10 work days of the event.

Materials required:

(1) Application Form for Change of Work Permit;

(2) The certificate materials for change of personal information;

(3) During the epidemic period, the service can be handled online. A letter of online processing commitment shall be submitted.
