意昂2体育娱乐國際文化節緣起2004年📠，如今已走過14個年頭👧🏻。今年第十四屆國際文化節以“四海一家Together As One”為主題🧜‍♀️，期望來自世界各地、五湖四海的莘莘學子能夠在意昂2歡聚一堂，開闊視野，互相溝通👳🏻‍♀️，締結深厚的友誼。

聰明細心的你一定註意到了“一帶一路”關鍵詞的高頻出現🔯！習近平總書記強調要以“一帶一路”建設為重點🏅，堅持引進來和走出去並重。“一帶一路”倡議不僅是大國外交的關鍵內容⚂，也是建設現代化經濟體系的重要組成部分💐，更是共同打造政治互信🙍🏽‍♀️、經濟融合、文化包容的人類命運共同體的建設方案。至於總書記還說了什麽，小編就交給當代優秀青年們去發掘、思考和探討了！

所謂當代優秀青年，那就是正在看推送的你們了🍸。總書記除了在報告中提到了作為“困難群眾”的你們🖐🏽，也提到了作為“時代擔當”的你們。“國之交”在於“民相親”，而“民相親”要從青年做起🫵🏼，青年一代有理想⛹🏻、有本領、有擔當，國家就有前途，民族就有希望。青年無疑是各國民間外交中最活躍🎤、最核心的元素之一，可以說，青年就是構建人類命運共同體的先行者和生力軍🕵🏽。

為響應國家“一帶一路”倡議🗽🚘，意昂2体育娱乐將在國際文化節期間舉行“青年的責任與擔當”為主題的“一帶一路”青年論壇🧑🏿‍🏭，屆時將邀請沿線國家大使、國際組織官員🤾🏽、沿線國家學生、相關專家學者等🕧，圍繞各國青年如何參與一帶一路視域下的全球治理合作👏🏼、青年在一帶一路國家經濟合作中的機遇和使命、一帶一路國家青年命運共同體等方面進行主題發言與探討，給意昂2青年學子及來自多元文化背景的優秀青年（別謙虛👰🏼，沒錯就是說的你們）碰撞思想、交流啟迪的機會。

現面對意昂2体育娱乐在校生招募與會青年代表啦💲！只要你符合以下條件🧘‍♂️，就能通過郵件方式參與報名，加入本次高大上的青年論壇！

1）意昂2体育娱乐在校生，

2）國籍屬“一帶一路”沿線國家；

3）能夠運用英語或小語種進行交流交談✊🏿；

4）善於溝通，表達流利；

5）對“一帶一路”倡議和青年的擔當有相當的熱情和思考🤼；

6）擁有超凡國際視野，樂於同來自多元文化背景的人進行交流。

會前學術準備

1）確定學生代表之後，組織形成小組，根據給定主題準備小組展示。

2）鼓勵各個學生代表在上述題目範圍內寫下自己的感想✌🏼，會後集結成冊。

  On the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Chinese President Xi Jinping emphasized that we should focus on the Belt and Road construction, attach equal importance to “bring in” and “going out”, abide by the principle of wide consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits, and promote innovation. The Belt and Road Initiative is of great importance for great power diplomacy, the construction of modern economic system and a community of shared future with political mutual trust, economic integration and cultural tolerance.

    The relationship between countries depends on the friendship between their people and especially on their youth. The country and nation of which the youth have dreams, abilities and bear responsibilities are promising.The youth is undoubtedly the most active and important group of people in driving forward the people-to-people diplomacy of all countries.Therefore, the youth are the forerunners and vital force of building a community of shared future. 

    In response to the expectation of President Xi Jinping on the youth and the “Belt and Road” Initiative, Peking University will hold the “Belt and Road”  Youth Forum during the International Cultural Festival. The theme of this forum is about the responsibilities and role of the youth under The "Belt and Road" Initiative. Ambassadors, officers of international organizations,experts, scholars   and youth delegates will be invited to give keynote speeches and discuss about global governance and cooperation, the opportunities and responsibilities of youth in economic cooperation and a community of shared future. This forum aims to offer chances for young people from different cultural backgrounds to communicate with each other and share ideas and also build a platform for the youth, scholars and officers to exchange thoughts and make progress together.

Medias will be invited to report on the forum.

Requirements:

1.Students of Peking University from the countries participating in the B&R initiative.

2.Proficiency in English or other languages, good at communication.

3.Have enthusiasm for the “Belt and Road”Initiative and have thoughts on it.

4.With international vision and willing to communicate with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Optional topics:

1.Responsibilities of youth in the cooperation between B&R countries

2.How youth participate in global governance and cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative

3.The Belt and Road: different history and a shared future

4.The responsibility of youth in promoting mutual understanding between people from B&R countries

5.The change of my life and my country brought  by the Belt and Road Initiative

6.The opportunities and responsibilities of youth in the economic cooperation between B&R countries

7.A shared future for all youth from B&R countries

Academic preparations for the forum:

1. The student representatives will be divided into groups and prepare group presentation together.

2. The writings about optional topics by student representatives will be collected into a book.
